![]() Meetings are videotaped to be rebroadcast several times on both Comcast and Wide Open West cable government information channels. The public is welcome to address the Board at meetings. There are two Public Comment sections listed in each meeting agenda. Actions range from paying bills to authorizing purchases, accepting easements, and appointing citizens to various commissions. Regular meetings are for conducting Township government business. Items are addressed in the order they appear on the agenda. Meetings are conducted under a modified Robert’s Rules of Order. Prior to each meeting, agendas are available in the Plymouth Township Clerk’s office at 9955 N. The Plymouth Township Board of Trustees typically conducts regular meetings on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at 7:00 pm. Board members are responsible for establishing ordinances, approving the municipal budget to finance programs and services and setting policy under which the Township government runs.
